Delivery Service, Costs and Delivery Time
When will I receive my order?
1. Products without personalisation:
Deliveries of orders for products that do not need to be personalised are prepared in 1 working day and are sent by courier delivery in 24-48 hours in the Peninsula and 48-72 hours in the Balearic Islands.
2. Personalised products:
Personalised orders are prepared in 2-3 working days and are delivered within 24-78 hours by courier in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Can I place an urgent order for personalised products?
Urgent orders are made within 24 hours and are subject to a surcharge. You can select this option in the shopping cart once you have entered your address.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
At the moment deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not possible.
Are intra-community shipments made to Europe?
Shipping is made to all the countries included in the European Community zone.
Do you ship to the UK?
No, at the moment shipments to the UK are not possible.
Can I put a Post Office Box or delivery to a non-permanent address?
Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes or non-permanent addresses such as hotels.
Are deliveries made on Saturdays or holidays?
No deliveries are made on Saturdays or holidays.
Keep in mind that the Coverbag Custom delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different prestigious logistics operators, so the delivery times, the quality of the service and the delivery point will be linked to the services of these companies.
Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt or is substantially different from what was ordered.
In that case, you must notify firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can offer you the best solution.
Can I return or exchange a non-personalised product?
Yes, you must notify it by calling or writing to the email email@example.com so that we can send you the authorization.
The return of the product will be at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective upon receipt. Used products cannot be returned. You must return the product within a maximum period of 15 days from the authorization and it must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
The product return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of errors by Coverbag Custom BCN or products that are defective.
When will I receive the refund?
The refund will be made using the same card used for payment, Paypal, or bank account, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from receipt by Coverbag Custom BCN of the returned product and its status is verified and it has not been used.
How do I send my designs?
During the purchase and personalisation process you will be able to include your own designs.

What type of file is accepted?
Supported files are .jpg .png .tiff with the best possible resolution.
Better resolution = Better result
