S.L.These general sales conditions regulate the online sales process of the coverbagcustom.com, website, owned by COVERBAG BCN S.L.

1. Products and Prices

1.1 CoverbagCustom reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, CoverbagCustom may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, CoverbagCustom reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

1.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that web display technology allows to the Products actually offered, however, the User must take into account that the photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and relative videos to the Products, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the Store have an indicative purpose and, consequently, are not exhaustive. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in € (Euros) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. All purchases that are delivered within the territory of any of the states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

2. Form of Payment of the Products

2.1 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store. In certain cases, CoverbagCustom reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a user.

2.2 The order confirmation sent by CoverbagCustom is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. CoverbagCustom will send the corresponding invoice together with the Product.

2.3 In the event that, due to circumstances of force majeure, a Product is not available after the purchase has been made, CoverbagCustom will inform the User by email of the total or, where appropriate, partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the User in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 The user has a right of withdrawal (unilateral abandonment of the contract) by which they can contact CoverbagCustom via email at custom@coverbagcustom.com and withdraw from the purchase within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days. from receipt of the Product. The Product should preferably be shipped in the same condition as it was delivered and should keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labeling. Otherwise, the product could suffer a depreciation. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that CoverbagCustom indicates to the User in response to its notification of the withdrawal exercise. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of seven (7) business days from when CoverbagCustom indicates the return method to the following address:

3.2 The withdrawal entails the return of the amount paid. The payment will be made using the same card used for payment, Paypal, or bank account, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the receipt by CoverbagCustom of the notification of withdrawal and provided that you have received the returned product and its status is checked.

3.3 The costs of returning the product and subsequent shipping are borne by the user, except in the case of errors on the part of CoverbagCustom.

3.4 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

3.5 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, except for errors or defects in the product, in goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized in accordance with article 45 of the Law of Commerce.

4. Guarantee of returns and exchanges of defective products

4.1 CoverbagCustom will respond to the lack of conformity (Guarantee) that manifests itself within a period of two years from the delivery of the Products for private users as provided by Law 23/2003 of July 10, a term that will be in accordance with the nature of the product in question. The User must inform CoverbagCustom of the lack of conformity within 30 days.

4.2 Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond, the User shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price of defective products or of products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the User, provided that the Product has not been used and is in perfect condition. Alternatively, the User will have the right to claim, and to be delivered, an equal product, in perfect condition.

4.3 The user will return, with the shipping costs borne by the user and within the term, indicating if they want a change of product or a refund of the amount to the address in section 4.1, indicating the reason for return and, where appropriate, the defect presented by the Product.

4.4 CoverbagCustom will refund the price paid corresponding to returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the product order made by the User, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.2 above.

4.5. In the event of a change or that the delivered product does not correspond to the order, CoverbagCustom will make the change and the product will be sent at no additional cost to the user.

5. Customer Service

5.1 For any incident or claim, the User may send an email to custom@coverbagcustom.com.

6. Delivery Service, Expenses and Shipping Term

6.1 The user will be able to select the shipping method from among the possibilities for their shipping area. CoverbagCustom will charge the shipping costs that correspond to each order, based on its weight and place of delivery and based on the rates available on the website itself.

6.2 The CoverbagCustom delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige. You must take into account that the delivery times, the quality of the service, the delivery point and the cost will be different for each type of transport. Orders will not be served in PO Boxes or in non-permanent addresses.

6.3 In the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands the service is 24-48 hours. For shipments to the Canary Islands and outside of Spain, it is sent by Correos by certified mail.
